We are professional, experienced, and solution focused providers.
Our Individual Counseling and
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services are practical and designed to help clients and their families resolve the problems and difficulties they are currently experiencing.
With sensitivity and compassion, we help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and issues.
One day a discussion began between the founders about our mutual passion for New Orleans and our concerns about the ravaging effects of addictive illness and mental health issues on people, their families and the community. The founders, Jon, Nancy and Sid, provide meaningful treatment by locals in an intimate setting. We bring our own personal and professional experiences integrating mind, body, spirit and relationships into our supportive services. As a result, people gain insight, explore their possibilities and change their world.
Our Approach
We start with where you are right now and work from there to help define and reach your goals. Our approach is to use a humanistic but intelligent, eclectic mix of evidenced based clinical methods in treatment.
Therapeutic Setting
After speaking with one of our counselors, we will help you choose the therapeutic environment that best fits your needs. Typically, this will be 1-on-1 sessions with a counselor, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) group sessions, or a mix of the two.

We believe in order to enact and maintain real change for the better, people must examine and connect issues in a framework of mind, body, spirit, and relationships. This is true healing. Exploring your inner self, moving past your fear, being truly present, ending your distractions, and changing in the direction of health and wholeness, this is an exciting process!
