The therapeutic process is a professional and caring relationship between clients and myself.   I know it takes tremendous courage to seek professional help.  The work I do provides a safe and non-judging environment for clients to collaboratively work through problems they are having. We start with where you are right now and work from there to help define and reach your goals.

I believe the goal of therapy is for individuals to gain insight, explore their possibilities, and to change their world.   I believe all people have the capacity to live happy, balanced, and productive lives. Exploring your inner self, moving past your fear, being truly present, ending your distractions, and changing in the direction of health and wholeness, this is an exciting process!

I use a humanistic but intelligent eclectic mix of evidenced based clinical methods in treatment.  These include integrative, emotionally focused, person-centered, rational emotive behavioral therapy, existential, mindfulness-based, and experiential therapy.

My job is to help you discover and stand in your own truth.
